28th June 2013 with a dull start but getting better turned out to be a perfect day for a wedding, not too hot and not too cold and NO RAIN which of course is a huge bonus on anyone's special day.
The ceremony was held at Kingston Country Courtyard near Corfe Castle, Dorset which was a great setting for the couples' lovely day to share with their family and friends. It was great to have a chance to dress up too, everyone looked marvellous and I had just about gotten over my jet lag by then too!
Julie and Mike were very proud as were we all and the bride and groom looked wonderful.
It was all very relaxed, the ceremony was lovely, the reception, wine and food was very good and lots of little attentions to detail made it very special. Lovely country style flowers hanging from the ceiling, in trugs on the tables and all around the venue, printed hankies and confetti boxes done specially for the day, just lovely. The speaches were so good too, I know Dan and Ben were nervous but it certainly didn't show and along with Dave, Jess's father, they kept us entertained. There was lots of love, laughter, smiles and togetherness from all who were there so thank you to everyone who made this day special for us all and I'll just put on some of my favourite photos to give you a hint of the day.
